How to solve mic problem?

Issue

There's a known issue that the Mic rarely is not working. You already enable the Mic, and the voice indicator (green one) already filling up, but nobody still cannot hear your voice.

Caused by

Due to some people’s complex PC Setup and overuse of the microphone in other applications (Zoom, Gmeet, Discord, etc.). Sometimes people cannot hear our voices but the speech indicator runs well.

Solution

Please follow these steps to solve this issue.

  1. Open COSMIZE () and ensure allow your Microphone and login as usual.

If the problem still persists, you can restart your PC and reopen it.
