How do I deal with "Login failed message"?

Issue

When you try to log in, "Login failed, Please try again!" is displayed.

Cause

  • The app doesn’t get core data like user’s information, so it cannot proceed with further steps

  • Reject: user rejected to sign the message prompted by the wallet provider (e.g., Metamask)

  • The login server is down or unavailable.

Solution:

  • Check the internet connection and try to login again

If the problem still persists, you can reload COSMIZE or your browser.
