# How do I deal with "Login failed message"?

### Issue

When you try to log in, "Login failed, Please try again!" is displayed.

### Cause

* The app doesn’t get core data like user’s information, so it cannot proceed with further steps
* Reject: user rejected to sign the message prompted by the wallet provider (e.g., Metamask)
* The login server is down or unavailable.

### Solution:

* Check the internet connection and try to login again
* If the problem still persists, you can reload COSMIZE or [clear-catch](https://cosmize.gitbook.io/cosmize/products/faq/how-to-slove-mic-problem/clear-browse-cache) your browser.
