How do I deal with "Login failed message"?

When you try to log in, "Login failed, Please try again!" is displayed.
The app doesn’t get core data like user’s information, so it cannot proceed with further steps
Reject: user rejected to sign the message prompted by the wallet provider (e.g., Metamask)
The login server is down or unavailable.
Check the internet connection and try to login again
If the problem still persists, you can reload COSMIZE or clear-catch your browser.
