# Voice Echo Problem

### Issue

Audio echoes when talking to a friend in COSMIZE.

### Caused By

1. You are playing COSMIZE with your friends/colleagues in the same real-world environment, and your PC is receiving the voice from another COSMIZE app.
2. Check other platforms that also use the microphone while playing COSMIZE (e.g., Google Meet, Discord, Teams, etc.) and have in the same group meeting participants.

### Solution

1. If you have a headset, please wear one to prevent the echo.
2. If you don't have the headset, you can lower your volume or stay in a different room.
